2022 First Citizen of Chesapeake
At its annual First Citizen of Chesapeake award dinner, the Chesapeake Rotary Club honored J. Reese Jackson, president and CEO of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare, as the 2022 First Citizen of Chesapeake. Reese joins a distinguished list of past First Citizen honorees, many of whom were in attendance that evening at the Chesapeake Conference Center. The Chesapeake First Citizen Award is presented annually to an outstanding individual who best exemplifies the spirit of citizenship and has shown significant leadership in enhancing the quality of life in the city.
